Breakfast - Hot cereal & Fruit, 5pts total

3/4 cup cooked oatmeal(3pts), 1 cup blueberries(1pt), 1/2 cup skim milk(1pt), 1 cup coffe or tea (optional)

Lunch - Spinach and Bean Salad, 6pts total

2 cups torn spinach leaves(0pts), 1/2 cup each sliced mushrooms and sweet red onion(0pts), 1/2 cup drained cooked white beans(2pts), 1 cup cherrie tomatoes, 1 Tbsp imitation bacon bits(1pt), 2 Tbs Kraft-Free Ranch Salad Dressing(1pt). Serve with 2 large plain Rice Cakes(2pts) and iced tea(0pts).

Dinner - French Dip Roast Beef Sandwich, 1 serving(7pts)see recipe below. Served with carrot sticks, broccoli florets, and one large dill pickle(0pts), 1 cup frozen seedless grapes(1pt), 1 serving sugar-free raspberry-flavored seltzer(0pts).

Today's Snacks - 4pts

1 packet Weight-Watcher Smoothie Drink Mix, creamy chocolate(2pts), or any other 1 serving reduced-calorie chocolate dairy shake that will equal the points.

1 large apple(2pts)

(Recipe) French Dip Roast Beef Sandwich

Makes 4 Servings - 7 Points Per Serving

1 - 8 ounce loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally, then vertically into 4 equal slices to make 8 pieces.

12 ounces cooked lean boneless roast beef, thinly sliced

2 cups hot low-sodium beef broth

1. Onto each of 4 microwave safe plates, place 2 bread slices, cut-sides up.

2. On each plate place 1-1/2 ounces roast beef on one slice of bread... this will be the bottom of the sandwich.

3. Pour 1/4 cup broth onto the other slice and place on top of roast beef.

3. Wrap each sandwich in saran wrap and place in microwave. Heat only until warmed through.

Nutritional Information Per Serving:

326 calories, 8g fat, 66mg Chol, 436mg sodium, 29mg carbs, 2g fiber, 32g protein, 47mg calcium.
