Layer 8 oz. light vanilla yogurt,1 cubed peach, 5 Tbsp. low-fat granola, and 3 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ in a large glass. Hot coffee or Tea.
Lunch (10 points)Palm Springs Tuna Pocket
Fill 1 large (2 oz) whole-wheat pita with 1/4 cup each bean sprouts and shredded carrots. Stuff with 1/2 cup drained water-packed tuna mixed with 2 tsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise and 1 tsp. each diced red onion (optional) and chopped dill. (6 points)

Dinner (9 points)Sesame Noodles and Vegetables
Heat 1 tsp. each sunflower oil and sesame oil in a non-stick pan. Add 1 cup cooked linguine, 1/2 cup streamed broccoli florets, and 1/2 cup each snow peas and sliced red pepper. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. sesame seeds and a dassh of crushed red pepper flakes (optional); toss and serve. (6 points)
