Breakfast - 5 Points

3/4 cup Bran Flakes with 1 cup fat-free milk (3pts) 1 Banana (2pts)

Lunch - 7 Points

Stuffed Sweet Potato... top a large sweet potato with 1/3 cup non-fat cottage cheese; sprinkle with 7 chopped walnut halves. (6-1/2pts)

1 cup steamed broccoli florets with 1/2 tsp sunflower oil and a dash of red pepper (1/2pt)

Sugar-free iced mint tea (0pts)

Dinner - 10-1/2 Points

California Cheeseburger... Combine 4 oz lean ground beef and 1/2 oz grated cheddar cheese. Shape into a patty and broil until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side. Serve on a light hamburger bun with tomato slices and lettuce leaves. (9-1/2pts)

1 steamed artichoke sprinkled with lemon juice.(opts) and 1 sliced peach.

Today's Snacks:

1/2 cup flavored coffee made with 1 cup steamed fat-free milk.(2pts)

1 cup light yogurt (2pts)
