1 cup light artificially sweetened coffe-flavored yogurt, 2pts, topped with

2 Tbsp low-fat ready-to-eat granola cereal 1pt

1 slice high-fiber bread 1pt

1/2 large banana 1pt

Lunch: Guacamole Nachos 5PTS

12 baked low-fat tortilla chips 2pts

1 oz low-fat cheddar or colby cheese shredded 1pt

1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped and seeded 0pts

1/2 cup shredded looseleaf lettuce 0pts

1/2 cup diced tomato 0pts

1/2 cup salsa 0pts

2 Tbsp guacamole 1pt

1 medium pear 1pt

Place chips on a small baking sheet. Top with cheese and peppers. Broil until bubbly. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and guacamole. Enjoy the pear for dessert.

Dinner: Chicken Parmigiana 7PTS

1 tsp garlic powder 0pts

1/2 cup canned tomato sauce divided 0pts

1/2 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded 1pt

1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta 3pts

1 cup mixed greens 0pts

1/2 cup peeled sliced cucumber 0pts

1 cup sweet red pepper, diced 0pts

2 Tbsp fat-free italian salad dressing 0pts

4 oz uncooked chicken breast, boneless and skinless 3pts

Preheat broiler. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and season to taste. Broil until cooked through, turning once. Top with 2 tablespoons sauce and cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Toss salad ingredients with dressing. Serve chicken with spaghetti, topped with remaining tomato sauce and salad on the side.
