1 large wheat pita spread with 3pts

1/4 item avocado sliced 2pts

1/4 cup cucumber, chopped 0pts

1/2 oz feta cheese crumbled 1pt

1 medium tomato, sliced 0pts

1 cup grapes 1pt

Cut tops off pita to form a pocket. Stuff pita with avocado, cucumber, cheese and tomato. Enjoy with grapes.
