Morning - Tropical Shake 5pts

1/2 cup light artificially sweetened yogurt 1

1 cup canned pineapple, water-packed, drained 1

2 average graham crackers 1

1/2 cup low-fat milk 1

1/2 large banana 1

Place all ingredients in a blender with ice. Process until smooth. Enjoy with graham crackers.

Midday - Feta Salad with Pita Chips 5pt

2 cup mixed greens 0

1/2 cup tomatoes 0

1/4 cup peeled sliced cucumber 0

1 cup scallions, chopped 0

1 oz feta cheese, crumbled 2

1 tsp olive oil 1

1 Tbsp vinegar 0

1 small wheat pita, cut into small wedges and toasted 1

1 cup grapes 1

Combine vegetables, cheese, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Toss well. Enjoy with pita chips and save grapes for dessert.

Evening - BBQ Pork 7pts

4 oz lean pork tenderloin 3

1 Tbsp barbecue sauce 0

1 cup green snap beans, raw 0

1 cup sweet red peppers 0

6 oz sweet potatoes, cooked 3

2 tsp whipped salted butter 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pork with sauce and cook until no longer pink. Preheat broiler. Season string beans and pepper to taste. Broil until tender. Serve pork and vegetables with sweet potato and margarine.

Snacks - Sweet Tooth 3pts

1 cup light artificially sweetened yogurt, lemon-flavored 2

1 serving seltzer, orange-flavored 0

2 average graham crackers 1
