Monday - Super Bowl... the day after.
I ate a sensible breakfast yesterday... 2 pancakes with syrup, and a cup of hot tea.
Super Bowl meal...a home-made sub:
1/2 cheese bun, 3 fat-free turkey breast slices, 1 slice of american cheese, mustard, lettuce and tomato.
6oz of 2% milk... corn chips and sour cream dip.
Dessert is what really got me... at a small lemon cream tart... wonderful!
I will not beat myself up for it...I'll just get back on program and get on with it!
