Thursdays Food Journal:
Breakfast... hot oatmeal with dates and raisins(3pts), add 2oz 2% milk (1pt) and sugar sub., hot coffee with coffeemate (1pt), water(0)with meds.
Mid-Morning Snack... 1 cup cherries (1pt), water(0)
Lunch... 1 Oscar Mayer Beef weiner(4pts), 1 slice Kraft American cheese(2pts), 1 slice of bread (2pts)with mustard(0pts), 1 diet 7-UP (0pts)
Afternoon Snack... 1 small apple(1pt), water with med(0pts)
Dinner... 1 Fried Egg (2pts), 1 slice bacon(1pt), 1 slice of bread(2pts), with 1 tsp whipped margarine(1pt),and 1 Tbsp apricot jam(1pt). 2oz 2% milk(1pt)
Total Points for the day = 23... Whoopie!
Walking Program... 7600 steps.
