I've missed you. I'll try to post more often from now on. Today's recipe is a good smoothie you can enjoy!
Peaches and Cream Smoothie
Makes 2 Servings - 3 Points Per Serving
2 canned peach halves
1/2 medium banana
1 kiwifruit, peeled
1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup ice cubes
Mint sprig, for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS: In a blender or food processor, blend the peach, banana, kiwifruit, yogurt, and orange juice for about 1 � minutes or until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add the ice and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve in a chilled glass with a sprig of mint.
NUTRITION INFORMATION PER SERVING: 175 calories, 1g fat 4mg chol, 51mg sodium, 39g carbs, 4g fiber, 5g protein..
