Morning Meal - Yogurt & Fruit 5pts

1 cup light artificially sweetened yogurt, strawberry-flavored, 2

topped with 1 large banana 2

and 1/2 cup General Mills Whole Grain Total 1

Midday Meal - From the Salad Bar 6pts

1 cup mixed greens, 0

tossed with 1 cup sliced cucumber, 0

1 cup sweet red pepper, chopped 0

2 oz cooked, skinless chicken breast, cubed, 2

topped with 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie salad dressing, ranch 1

1 average breadstick, or 2 small 2

1 cup grapes 1

Evening Meal - Veggie Chili 7pts

1 tsp olive oil 1

1/2 cup mixed vegetables 0

3/4 cup low-fat or fat-free canned vegetarian chili 2

1 oz low-fat cheddar or colby cheese, shredded 1

1-1/3 cup cooked bulgur 3

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add vegetables and season to taste. Saut� until tender. Prepare chili as per package directions. Top with cheese. Serve over bulgur with vegetables on side.

Snacks - Sweet and Salty Snacks 4pts

1/2 cup sugar-free fruit flavored gelatin 0

1 large cappuccino, made with fat-free milk 2

2 small fat-free biscotti 1
